SkyTools 1.x Database Wizard
This utility program is
used to transfer all or some of your SkyTools 1.x files from the
CDROM to your hard drive. For most users, transferring the files
to your hard drive will only result in a small increase in the
performance of SkyTools. As such, we recommend that you only use
this program if you have a good reason to, such as for a laptop
without a CDROM drive.
Download Instructions
The file called SkyToolsDBWiz.exe.
Click on the link below to start the download. Your browser
should prompt you to save the file. Save the file in a
temporary folder.

Installation Instructions
(1) Close SkyTools before
installation.
(2) Start the installation
program (SkyToolsDBWiz.exe) by double clicking on it. This
program will extract the files and start the installation
process.
(3) Make sure that the install
program places the files into the correct SkyTools folder. If
you installed SkyTools in a folder other than the default, press
the Browse button and select the correct path to the
SkyTools folder. The Database Wizard must be installed
with your other SkyTools files.
Note: this program is not
meant to be used with SkyTools 2.x. A similar utility
is built into SkyTools 2 and must be used instead. See
the Configure SkyTools dialog for more
information. |
